Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to Company-provided Hydite, Zorker, Zorker Openlink, and Cauiril Services under the Terms of Service. Haokir Inc. is the provider; dashboard.hydite.com is the primary unified control plane. Obligations cover your use, authorized users and workflows configured through agents or integrations.

1. Eligibility and regions

Comply with the Company service-area policy, including the exclusion of mainland China. Do not conceal an ineligible location, organization or end user through false information, proxies, intermediary accounts or resale. Separate applicable law and supplier restrictions also apply.

2. Lawful and authorized use

Do not use the Services for unlawful conduct, fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, trafficking in stolen data, unlawful surveillance, or infringement of intellectual-property, confidentiality or privacy rights. You must have authority to access repositories, files, browser accounts and infrastructure supplied to an agent.

Do not create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible violent threats or material facilitating exploitation or targeted harassment. Do not deceptively impersonate people or present generated media as authentic evidence.

3. Security and infrastructure

Do not deploy malware, steal credentials, operate malicious command-and-control infrastructure, conduct denial-of-service attacks, escape isolation boundaries or access another customer's data. Do not bypass access controls, metering, payment requirements, rate limits or safeguards.

Authorized testing of systems you own or have permission to test is not prohibited merely because it uses security tools. Testing Company systems requires authorization and must avoid unrelated data or disruption. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to abuse@haokir.com or legal@haokir.com under applicable law and agreed disclosure arrangements.

Do not use Company-managed compute for cryptocurrency mining, unauthorized proxy services, spam or resource-abusive workloads. Security and privacy tools are not prohibited merely because they are such tools, but cannot facilitate abuse or eligibility evasion.

4. AI, agents and external actions

Agents, subagents, browser automation, retrieval, tools and generated code must not accomplish otherwise prohibited conduct. Delegation does not transfer responsibility for authorization.

Comply with supplier terms, including applicable model extraction and training restrictions. Do not circumvent supplier safeguards. Prompts, permissions and sandboxes do not guarantee every downstream action is safe.

Review consequential operations before enabling execution, publishing, messaging, purchases or other external effects. Maintain appropriate human oversight in regulated and high-impact contexts. Do not use the Services as the sole safety mechanism in life-support, nuclear, aircraft-control or similarly safety-critical systems.

Do not engage in unauthorized bulk registration, credential sharing, account resale or deceptive membership. Do not publish confidential information, credentials or personal information without lawful authority. Do not conduct phishing, send abusive unsolicited messages, manipulate reviews deceptively, or acquire data contrary to applicable law or enforceable access restrictions. Respect third-party licenses.

6. Enforcement and review

We may investigate credible reports and take proportionate action, including feature restrictions or suspension. Immediate action may be needed for serious security, legal or abuse risks. Where appropriate and lawful, we provide notice and a means of review.

Report abuse or request review at abuse@haokir.com or legal@haokir.com, with relevant identifiers and redacted evidence. Disclosures follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This Policy creates no obligation to inspect every local file or workload.

Material changes follow the Terms' notice and applicability rules. Mandatory rights and accrued remedies remain unaffected.
